Once you purchase, you'll immediately be sent an email with a digital download of your chosen Blue Duck Travel Itinerary.

To help prevent fraud, each individual purchase can only be downloaded twice. We recommend downloading one copy to your computer, the other to your phone.

The customizable Google Sheet you'll find within the pdf will be accessible on any device via the internet.

PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING AND DOWNLOADING YOUR SPREADSHEET:

1. After you purchase, you'll receive an email with your digital download.
2. Save the PDF in a place on your computer that you can easily access and will remember.
3. Click the link provided in the PDF and open it in your web browser.
4. Click the blue “Make a copy” button on the Google Sheets webpage.
5. Now you’ve got your own Blue Duck Itinerary that’s ready to personalize!
6. As you plan your trip, delete any placeholder text and enter your own travel details in the sheets. 
7. Your Blue Duck Itinerary Google Sheet will continue to be editable and accessible in your Google Drive for as long as you’d like.
8. You can share your plans by using the Share button in the upper right of your Google Sheet.
9. Download the Google Sheets app to your phone or tablet for on-the-go access to your Blue Duck Itinerary! You can even save it to your device and access it while you’re offline. (This is optional, but we recommend doing it.)

Due to the digital nature of Blue Duck Travel’s products, they are considered “used” once they have been downloaded or opened. Therefore, all purchases of Blue Duck Travel Digital Downloads are final and non-refundable.

If you choose full-service planning via Fora, the travel advisor reservation booking and planning services cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking and the supplier. We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation policy for your booking before confirming your reservation.

Great question! This totally depends on a few factors - where you're going, what time of year, how many are traveling together, domestic or international. We generally recommend booking your trip at least 2-3 months in advance to secure the best deals and availability. However a longer lead time of at least 5-6 months is your best bet if you'll be visiting during that area's "high/peak season" or have some must-see sights in mind.
